To program a new transmitter to the vehicle when there are two recognized transmitters already present, follow these steps:

1. Ensure the vehicle is turned off.
2. Have all transmitters, both currently recognized and new, with you.
3. Each vehicle can support up to eight transmitters.

Programming steps:

1. Place the two recognized transmitters in the cupholder.
2. Remove the key lock cylinder cap on the driver door handle.
3. Insert the vehicle key of the transmitter into the key lock cylinder on the driver door.
4. Turn the key counterclockwise to the unlock position five times within 10 seconds.
5. The Driver Information Center (DIC) will display “READY FOR REMOTE #2, 3, 4, etc.”
