Step-by-Step Programming Instructions:

Adding a new key to a Sentry Key system if you already have two programmed working keys:

1. Cut blank Sentry Key transponders to match the key code of the ignition switch lock cylinder.
2. Insert the first valid key into the ignition switch and turn it ON for 3 to 15 seconds. Then turn the ignition OFF and remove the first key.
3. Quickly insert the second valid key and turn the ignition ON within 15 seconds. After ten seconds, a chime will sound, and the Theft Alarm Light will start flashing. Turn the ignition OFF and remove the second key.
4. Insert a blank Sentry Key into the ignition switch and turn it ON within 60 seconds. After 10 seconds, a single chime will sound. The Theft Alarm Light will stop flashing, turn on for 3 seconds, and then turn off. Your new Sentry Key is now programmed. Repeat this process to program up to 8 keys.
