Here are the instructions for programming a new key fob if you have one working key fob and if you have no working key fobs:

If you have one working Key Fob:
1. Insert the working key into the ignition and turn it to the ON position, then turn it OFF and remove.
2. Within 10 seconds, insert the new cut key into the ignition and turn it to the ON position for 5 seconds, then OFF and remove.
3. The new key and fob are now programmed.
4. Note: A maximum of only 8 keys can be programmed into the system.
