Step-by-Step Programming Instructions:

1. Ensure all remotes (up to 3) to be programmed or reprogrammed are present at the time of programming.
2. Perform steps 1-12 on a single remote; step 13 is performed on all remotes to be programmed.
3. Get into the car, shut the doors, and ensure they are unlocked.
4. Turn on the ignition (do not start the car, only activate the ignition).
5. Press the lock button on the remote.
6. Turn the key to the accessory ON position (your radio operates in this mode).
7. Turn off the ignition.
8. Repeat steps 4-7 three more times.
9. On the fourth cycle, after turning the ignition back on, press the lock button on the remote; the locks should chirp to indicate successful entry into programming mode.
10. Press the LOCK button on the remote; the doors should chirp again to confirm programming. Repeat this step for each of the remaining remotes to be programmed (one at a time).
11. Turn off the car and test locking/unlocking with each remote.

Optional: To enable/disable chirping when locking/unlocking with the remote:

1. Press and hold the trunk release button on the remote.
2. While holding the trunk release button, press and hold the LOCK button; the LED on the remote will flicker for about 1 second.
3. After the LED goes off, release both buttons and test it.
4. Repeat the procedure to turn chirping on or off for each remote. Failure to do so on all remotes may result in only one programmed remote allowing chirping while others remain silent or vice versa.
