Step-by-Step Programming Instructions:

Please note that the FCC ID must match your other FOB; if you encounter a different FCC ID, this method won’t be effective. If you’re unsure about the FCC ID, you’ll need to contact the dealer to determine the correct one.

Known FCC IDs include NBG730956 and M36HU01WT. This process does not apply to the Hellas system.

Begin by placing one key in the ignition (without starting the engine) and another key in the driver’s door, turning it to the unlock position (counterclockwise) and holding it until you hear three beeps, approximately 10-15 seconds.

Then, return both keys to their center positions (leave the key in the door). Next, press one of the FOB buttons (if you have multiple FOBs, you must program all of them simultaneously, otherwise the ones that weren’t programmed won’t work anymore).

The horn will beep once for each FOB programmed; for instance, one beep for the first FOB, two beeps for the second, and so on.

Then, turn the door key back to the left until the horn beeps three times to deactivate the programming mode, and remove the ignition key.

That’s it! Test your FOBs. If you don’t hear a beep when pressing a button on the FOB, check the batteries.

Additionally, if your car didn’t come with any FOBs and you purchased them aftermarket, this process will only work if you have a FACTORY alarm system. You should find a white box behind the headlight switch.
