2. Alternatively, you can tow your vehicle to a Dealership. They’ll originate a new key for you and connect a special computer to your vehicle to program it.

Now, if you have just one working key, you can indeed program a second key yourself by purchasing a programmer. Alternatively, you can also:

1. Visit an Automotive Locksmith, and they’ll connect a special computer to your vehicle to program the second key.

2. Go to a Dealership, where they’ll also connect a special computer to your vehicle to program the second key.

However, if you have two working keys, you can program a third key yourself using the following instructions:

1. Insert one of the existing working keys into the ignition cylinder.
2. Turn the ignition cylinder to ON (RUN) and then back to OFF.
3. Remove the existing working key and, within five seconds, insert the second working key and turn it to ON (RUN), then back to OFF.
4. Remove the second working key and insert the new key before ten seconds have elapsed. Turn it to ON (RUN) and leave it on for one second before turning it back to OFF.
5. The security light will illuminate for three seconds, indicating that the new key has been successfully programmed.
