Step-by-Step Programming Instructions:

You can’t program a new key yourself if you have no working keys. Here are your options:

1. Preferred Option: Contact a mobile Automotive Locksmith to come to your vehicle and create a new key. They will use a special computer to program the new key.
2. Alternatively, you can tow your vehicle to a Dealership. They will create a new key and use a special computer to program it.

If you have one working key and want to program a second one, you’ll need assistance as well:

1. Preferred Option: Contact an Automotive Locksmith or visit a Dealership. They will connect a special computer to your vehicle to program the second key.

However, if you already have two working keys and need to program a third one, you can follow these steps yourself:

1. Once the new key is cut by a Locksmith, follow these instructions:
a. Insert one of the existing working keys into the ignition cylinder.
b. Turn the ignition cylinder to ON (RUN) and then back to OFF.
c. Remove the existing working key and, within five seconds, insert the second working key. Turn it to ON (RUN) and then back to OFF.
d. Remove the second working key and insert the new key within ten seconds. Turn it to ON (RUN) and leave it for one second before turning it back to OFF.
e. The security light will illuminate for three seconds, indicating that the new key has been successfully programmed.
