Step-by-Step Programming Instructions:

1. Find the Data Link Port, located under the dash on the driver’s side. Ensure you identify pins 8 and 4 (note that the port is wider at the top). Your OBDII port won’t have numbers, so use this diagram for reference only.
2. Confirm there are metal contact pins in terminals 8 and 4. Connect 8 to 4 using a suitable jumper wire (keep the jumper wire connected throughout the programming procedure). Ensure you know which terminals are 8 and 4. The vehicle will indicate entering programming mode by locking and unlocking the doors.
3. Press and hold both the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons simultaneously on the first remote to be programmed. After about 15 seconds, the vehicle will respond by locking and unlocking the doors. Release buttons on the remote.
4. Within one minute, repeat step 3 for the remaining remotes to be programmed.
5. Remove the jumper wire from the OBDII port.
