Step-by-Step Programming Instructions:

**Analog Instrument Cluster:**
1. Press OFF and WARM buttons on the Climate Control Panel (CCP) simultaneously. The Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) will light all telltales, then go blank, indicating the system is in diagnostic mode.
2. Press the PASSENGER COOLER button until “RFA” is displayed, then press FAN UP. If “RFADATA” appears, press FAN DOWN. If “RFAOVERRIDE” is displayed, press FAN UP.
3. If “RFA500NOOVERRIDE” is shown, press FAN DOWN. If “RFA501PROGRAMFOB#1” appears, press FAN UP.
4. The IPC will display “0” on the right side of the Driver Information Center (DIC) display. Press the warmer button on the climate control unit until “99” is displayed.
5. Press and hold the TRUNK button on the transmitter. While holding TRUNK, press LOCK and hold for one second. Hold both buttons for a total of 3 seconds. Locks will cycle when programming is complete.

(Optional step 4: Some suggest performing the following for step 4)
6. Press the TRUNK button on the transmitter and within 1 second, push the LOCK button and hold both for 3 seconds. Locks will cycle when programming is complete.

7. To program a second remote, press FAN DOWN until “RFA502PROGRAMFOB#2” is displayed, then press FAN UP. Repeat step 4.
8. To exit the system, press AUTO, MODE UP, MODE DOWN, or RESET.

**Digital Instrument Cluster:**
1. Press OFF and WARM buttons on the Climate Control Center (CCC) simultaneously. The IPC will light all telltales, go blank, then enter DIAGNOSTIC MODE.
2. Scroll through the system by pressing FAN DOWN until “RFA” is displayed, then press FAN UP. Press FAN DOWN until “RFAOVERRIDE” is shown, then press FAN UP. When “NOOVRDRF500” appears, press FAN UP.
3. When “PGMFOBL501” is displayed, press WARM, and “99” will be shown in the left upper corner of IPC below the odometer.
4. Press and hold the TRUNK button on the transmitter. While holding TRUNK, press LOCK and hold for one second. Hold both buttons for a total of 3 seconds. Locks will cycle when programming is complete.

5. Press the TRUNK button on the transmitter and within 1 second, push the LOCK button and hold both for 3 seconds. Locks will cycle when programming is complete.

6. To program a second remote, press FAN UP until “PGMFOB2502” is displayed, then follow steps 2 and 3 to program the second remote.
7. To exit the system, press RECIRC or RESET buttons.
