Step-by-Step Programming Instructions:

1. Secure all doors by using the driver’s side power lock/unlock switch.
2. Insert the key into the ignition and remove it from the ignition key cylinder at least six times within a 10-second window. Successful completion of this step will be indicated by flashing hazard lamps. Note: Completely withdraw the key from the ignition cylinder each time. If this process is rushed, the system won’t enter programming mode.
3. Place the key into the ignition cylinder and turn it to the ACC position.
