1. Begin by opening the driver’s door.
2. Press and hold the driver’s power door lock switch in the unlock position. Continue holding the switch throughout the procedure.
3. Insert the key into the ignition, then remove it. Repeat this action four more times within 10 seconds. Ensure steps 3 and 4 are completed within 10 seconds, or the system will exit the programming mode.
4. Insert the key into the ignition. After insertion, verify that the power door locks cycle to confirm the system is in programming mode.
