Step-by-Step Programming Instructions:

1. **Insert and Turn First Valid Key Fobik**: Insert the first valid key Fobik into the ignition switch and turn the ignition switch to the ON position for at least three seconds but no longer than 15 seconds. Then, turn the ignition switch to the LOCK/OFF position and remove the first key.

2. **Insert and Turn Second Valid Key Fobik**: Insert the second valid key Fobik and turn the ignition switch to the ON position within 15 seconds. After 10 seconds, a chime may sound, and the Vehicle Security Light will begin to flash. Turn the ignition switch to the LOCK/OFF position and remove the second key.

3. **Insert and Turn New Key Fobik**: Insert the new key Fobik into the ignition switch and turn the ignition switch to the ON position within 60 seconds. After 10 seconds, a single chime will sound, and the Vehicle Security Light will stop flashing, turn on again for three seconds, and then turn off. This indicates that the new key Fobik is programmed. The Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) transmitter will also be programmed during this procedure. You can repeat this procedure to program up to eight keys.

If you don’t have programmed RKE transmitters or have lost both or only have one valid RKE Fobik, you must contact or visit your local authorized dealer for programming information. Once you’ve programmed the new RKE Fobik to your vehicle, it cannot be reprogrammed to another vehicle in the future.
