Step-by-Step Programming Instructions:

Note: To add a new key to the system, you must have two programmed keys. If you lack two working keys, a locksmith will need to program one for you. The system allows for a maximum of 8 keys to be programmed. Here’s the process:

1. Ensure the new key is cut before programming.
2. Insert the first programmed key into the ignition and turn it to the ON position for 5 seconds, then back to the OFF position and remove it.
3. Next, insert the second programmed key into the ignition and turn it to the ON position until the immobilizer indicator light starts flashing (within 10 seconds). Then, turn it back to the OFF position and remove it. Note: If the immobilizer light goes out instead of flashing, an error occurred.
4. Within 30 seconds of the flashing indicator light, insert the new unprogrammed transponder key into the ignition and turn it to the ON position. The immobilizer indicator light should stay solid for about 3 seconds when programming is complete. Then, turn it back to the OFF position and remove it. Note: If an error occurs, the immobilizer light will flash 3 times, and you must start over.
5. The car should now start with the new transponder key.
6. Repeat steps 1 to 5 for each additional new transponder key.
