How to Program a 2006 Ford Expedition Ignition Chip Key Transponder

Step by Step How to Programming Instructions:

1. Begin by closing all doors.
2. Insert your Master Key (Black) into the ignition and turn it five times, leaving it in the ignition on the fifth time.
3. Open and close the driver’s door six times within 20 seconds.
4. Remove the Master Key.
5. Insert the new blank key and turn it to the ON position.
6. Leave the key in the ON position for a full minute to allow it to register with the vehicle. Observe the red engine immobilizer light (located to the left of the speedometer, resembling a car with a black key in the middle). It will blink; wait for about 1 minute until it turns off by itself.
7. After the engine immobilizer light turns off, remove the new key and insert the original Master Key. Start the engine.
8. Test the new key to ensure it works properly.
