1. Begin with the key out of the ignition, the driver’s door open, all other doors closed, and the driver’s door unlocked.
2. Complete these steps within 5 seconds:
A. Insert the key into the ignition (do not turn) and then pull it out.
B. Insert the key into the ignition (do not turn) and then pull it out.
3. Complete these steps within 40 seconds:
A. Close, then open the driver’s door.
B. Close, then open the driver’s door.
C. Insert the key into the ignition (do not turn) and then pull it out.
4. Complete these steps within 40 seconds:
A. Close, then open the driver’s door.
B. Close, then open the driver’s door.
C. Insert the key into the ignition and leave it there.

C. Repeat steps A and B in step 6 for each new remote.
D. If you have the remote with dual sliding doors, press both sliding door buttons together and then each one individually before you open the driver’s door to end the programming session.
7. Open the driver’s door.
