Step-by-Step Programming Instructions:

You can only program a new key yourself if you have a Programmer; otherwise, you have the following options:

1. Call a mobile Automotive Locksmith to come to your vehicle and create a new key using a special computer.
2. Tow your vehicle to a Dealership where they can generate a new key using a special computer.

If you have one working key and want to program a second key yourself, unfortunately, that’s not possible. Your options are:

1. Contact an Automotive Locksmith to program the second key using a special computer.
2. Visit a Dealership, where they can also program the second key using a special computer.

However, if you have two working keys, you can program a third key yourself by following these steps:

1. Insert one of the existing working keys into the ignition cylinder.
2. Turn the ignition cylinder to ON (RUN) and then back to OFF.
3. Remove the existing working key and, within five seconds, insert the second working key. Turn it to ON (RUN) and then back OFF.
4. Remove the second working key and insert the new key before ten seconds have passed. Turn it to ON (RUN) and leave it on for one second before turning it back to OFF.
5. The security light will illuminate for three seconds, indicating that the new key has been successfully programmed.

If you’ve lost all keys for your vehicle, you’ll need to enlist the services of a locksmith to originate a new ignition key.
